Relevanting to meteorology, thermodynamic, heat transfer theory and fluid mechanics and being regarded as the process of natural stochastic phase transition, the accreted ice on conductor are dominated by the environmental temperature, wind velocity, water-droplets diameters and conductor structure, etc. So as to study the influence rules of these factors and to achieve the real effect of accreted ice in this paper, the algorithm module of the perpendicular collision process of super-cooled water droplets with the conductor has been developed and the simulation studies on accreted ice under different conditions have been carried out on the basis of theoretical researches. Then some experiments are taken in the phytotron to verify the feasibility of the calculation algorithm.
